Default Is this good enough?

Sitting here right now, I don't feel like I did good on exericising today. I actually feel sorda not wanting to exericise at all tonight, but this is what I did today.

This morning I did 20 min. of cardio with my exercise ball video I have. After lunch I took a 45 minute walk, pushing my son around in his stroller...then a few minutes ago I did a 15 minute thigh workout...but in my head I just feel like I didnt get enough exercises in today *sigh*.

That's an hour and 20 minutes of exercise. Sounds good to me.

I don't believe that every day can or should be a killer.

Something is always better than nothing! There are only so many hours in the day, and you can only do so much. Sounds like you made time for exercise and yourself anyways. And I bet your son loved his walk.
