The part I'm having the most trouble with is the Superfoods. I guess I've gotten used to the foods I eat all the time. I know what they are, where to get them, what they're 'worth' nutritionally, how they blend with each other and my family
... It's not that Superfoods are weird or anything ... it's me. Which all sounds like another kind of rut.
Salmon, tuna, chicken, ff cottage cheese
Lettuce, mesclun, spinach
AllBran, oatmeal
.... over and over and over ....
