A new month! I have exercised and the sun is shining. What could be better?
45 mins elliptical: (According to my new HRM, 430 cals)
20 mins upper body weights: (124 cals--*much* higher than the Nutridiary estimate for light weight training).

20 min UB weights

Diva, hills are killer, but after doing the hill interval workout on the treadmill i can honestly say my behind has lifted.... of course, it's still spanned FAR too wide but that's another story. point is, hard work pays off! Good for you!

About 1 mile walked yesterday, and 1.5 miles today.
