Default Cambridge diet in the Usa

I know the Cambridge diet is popular in the UK but it's also available in the US and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the program. It's shakes and one meal. Any info I'd appreciate. Thanks

I was on it in the 80's and hated it. I couldn't stomache the shakes, and while the "pudding" wasn't bad, having it every day got old real fast.

The formulation and system is outdated. If you are looking for a meal replacement, I'd recommend Perfect Meal (Garden of Life) or Reset. I've looked at a bunch of products and the rest are total crap.

Elisa,

Have you tried either? How do they taste, and what is the texture? These look very interesting. I'm not usually one to "drink" a meal, but my husband has been trying to find a breakfast shake for himself that isn't loaded with sugar, as he's diabetic and a carb junkie.
