New Food Find
I just came home from Wally World (Super Wally World) and noticed that Jimmy Dean has come out with a line of breakfast sandwiches (frozen) called D-Lights....they advertise that they have 1/3 the calories and half the fat of other breakfast sandwiches. I picked some up for DH (I'm sure I'll try one though) that are whole wheat english muffin with turkey sausage, egg and lt cheese. It's 280 calories with 18g of protein and 10g of fat...not great, but not too bad for a complete meal. Of course the sodium is up there, but what else is new. They also had two others that were 250 cals: one with canadian bacon and one with some sort of ham and swiss cheese and egg. They all looked good, but then I was kind of hungry.
Also, for the record, I often make this at home with my own 100 cal english muffins, egg beaters and FF cheese...but these are kind of handy if you're in a hurry.

Hmmm, sounds good. That is about the same calories as a lean cuisine, so I do not see why you couldn't count one as a P and S once in a while.
