Thank you so much, I know sometimes I have to think to myself about how lucky I am to be healthy and have what I have. I used to be very heavy as a kid and so I'm not toned very much so I think resistance training would be good. I really appreciate your advice and thoughts though because it is always good to hear it from someone else other than people who you are around all the time. Thanks again!
