Anyone else having this problem - this is my 2nd week on LA Weight Loss and I've been more hungry than the first week.

What color plan are you on? Could you give us a breakdown of a typical day for you? Are you getting all your H20 in?

If you think 6 is bad, you should try 8! Or what about the 3 cups of lettuce! I did a salad with 6 cups of lettuce early on, now I only order the salads when I go out to eat! Do you know how much lettuce 6 cups actually is? That's a bag of pre-washed greens and then some!

I think 1 cup of lettuce is too much. I'm not a salad lover unless there's taco meat all over it or blue cheese dressing, oh wait, we can't have that. OK back to 1 cup is too much.

How about posting a sample of your menu here or in the daily menu thread?
Once we see exactly what you're getting, we can probably give better advice on what might make you feel more full, or last you longer.
Which plan are you on?

I used to use tuna, shrimp, or cheese as my protein and was told that I was getting hungry as they are lighter proteins so to try and have more meats or things a bit more filling.. If you are using juice for your fruit try a more high fiber fruit too like apples or berries as they will make you feel full longer.
Are you spreading out your proteins and starch too?

yeah, maybe one of your meals should be that big chunk of chicken and a dozen strawberries. there's a lot of protein and fiber in those 2 things alone. add a side salad and you might feel a bit more satisfied.

I tend to have the same problem as some of you - I have to force myself to eat everything and even then I usually can't get it all in. Basically I think I have been eating for the next plan down without even realizing it. Some days I can get it all in but others there is just no way. They know at COD though and know not to harp on me about it as I am doing the best I can. So far I have been losing ok.

Me an' you both, Nicole...I'm still cursing the fact that onion rings don't count as a veggie.
