Default My first NSV....and weight loss.
I am soooo STOKED!!!!! After going to my new gym for 4 weeks now, I was feeling alittle discouraged because the scale wasn't really moving down any, it was just kinda bobbing up and down. Well, i was a bad girl and didn't go to class Friday. But I did pull out the scales Saturday morning, and it had me down to 166.4!!! I was definately happy!!! When I left my boyfriends last night, I was sitting around and decided to check my measurements. All in all....I lost 7 1/4 inches. That would be like 3/4 inch in 3 different places on my waist, 1 inch in my hips, an inch in my thighs (oops, i didn't count the fact i had two thighs....lol), and even an inch across my chest. I am just sooo happy...I can't wait to go back to the gym tonight!!!!!
