I think I will take your advise and choose two things this week to commit too, I have a little notebook I plan to use as a food diary, so this week I *will* write down all my meals, and I *will* drink 8 glasses of water a day.
I had a question for those of you who've lost a little or a lot of weight, do you feel that you have more energy now? I seem to be tired all the time and I'm only 24. Well, just wondering! Gotta head to work-later guys!
