Default Erythriol?

Whoops, that is erythritol

What does anyone know about this sweetener?

They claim all natural found in fruit but non or low caloric

I've tried the yogurt and tonight a smoothie that tasted like a frappucino but only 90 calories. The smoothie was really really good.

It's a sugar alcohol, but it doesn't cause gas like maltitol and other scary sugar alcohol sweeteners I recently bought a bag of zSweet, which is an all natural sweetener made from erythritol. I'm planning to 'cluck' about it on the main site this weekend. I used it in beverages and brownies (a regular batch and a batch with zsweet) and took photos of the finished products for comparison, and of course did a proper taste test

I have to say I am pretty impressed taste wise. I usually avoid artificial sweeteners like the plague.
