Default 35lbs gone... down to 250

Just wanted to post because I finally got back down to 250, here's hoping that I will be in the 240's in a day or two. Thanks for all the support, this is such a wonderful place.

36 now! Looks like you're in the 40's!

I agree, it's always a HUGE deal to move into the next set of 10's.

Default My weight loss "secrets"

I don't really have any.. mostly just changing the way I eat, and making sure that the changes are something my whole family can do, because I want my kids to grow up healthy and not struggle the way I did with weight. So, no diets or plans, so much as gently overhauling our lives one food group at a time, lol. Also, I've made an effort to be outside most of the time, and moving with my kids and hubby and dog, and then started running. I find that my blog makes me more honest and more likely to exercise, especially now that a few people read it regularly, and comment when I'm not running, lol. I know it's going to be a long road to get the rest of this weight off, but with 3fc and a bit of motivation, I'm pretty sure I'll get there sooner than later.
