I have two weight loss weeks left, and this time I will not be buying more weeks!
I'm going to be stabalizing even if I don't drop those stubborn pounds.
When I started program back in November I set two different goals, 25 pounds down or 20 inches lost amongst the bust, waist, hip and thigh. Well I'm no where near the 25 pounds down, and seeing that I've been yo-yoing the same 3 pounds for 16 weeks it ain't happening anytime soon. But, I was meaured yesterday and I'm down 20 1/2 inches! Plus 3 1/2 inches around the arm.
According to COD 24 inches looks more like 48 pounds than 16 pounds. And yes the before and after pictures show a difference.
So I'm really wondering if I'm making the right choices to stabalize even though I'm 10 pounds heavier than I pictured. Yes, I preach that I'd rather be heavy and toned over light and flabby, but now I'm nervous. Someone please tell me that I'm making the right choice here.
