Thanks so much! I owe a lot to a few things:
1) the awesome free gym at my university (I try to go about 5 days a week)
2) the great salad bars and healthy food places at my grocery stores and school
3) all the great food/exercise advice I get from 3fatchicks, not to mention the inspiration
4) writing down everything I eat, or at least keeping a "grand calorie" total in my head throughout the day. I try to eat between 1200-1500 calories.
Who would have thought that exercise and a low-calorie diet actually causes weight loss! And I feel so healthy too. I want to keep this up for the rest of my life.
