I know some members travel between forums, but others stay in one little space, so I'd also recommend that you post this in the 300+ Forum.

Welcome! There are some 400+ people around as well as former 400+ people. The 300+ group that jenny linked to is another place to find others in your situation or who have been there before. I do think it is an especially hard challenge for those who have more than 100 lbs to lose (sometimes much more).
