I was really excited when I stepped on the scale today. I've officially lost 100 pounds from when I started.  I just really wanted to come share this with all of you because it wouldn't have been possible without the help and support on 3FC.

that's terrific!!! 100 pounds AND onederland around the corner. Please do find a way to celebrate. It took me forever, but I finally had a "spa day" to celebrate my own weight loss and it was WORTH it!
