Default Anyone tried Carbo Addict's Diet?

Hello!

I'm a newbie to this forum. I've been looking around this site and I haven't found any reference to the Carbohydrate Addict's Diet. Has anyone been on it? How does it compare to Atkins and South Beach? Any successes??

Thanks for any and all feedback!

I've done atkins with great success. I also tried carb addicts when i was closer to my goal. It seemed to me that carb addicts is a great way to maintain your weight. However, if you need to lose more than 20 pounds it may work well for you without feeling so deprived.

The CAD, from what I remember, is low carb for two meals, and then you have a "reward meal" where you can eat what you want in the space of an hour. You are supposed to use moderation with the reward meal and balance out the protein, carbs (bread, sweets), and veggies, but you can basically have what you want. I dabbled in it ages ago, but tended to stay with Atkins.
