Default Lays Baked Chips

Can anyone tell me if they've used the Baked Lays Pot. Chips? wondering how many starches they would count as (I'm on purple) I don't go to COD until Saturday and am trying to plan a picnic lunch.

Well, the Baked Lays are not on the program, but in a pinch I would count 15 chips as as 1 starch. Let us know if your COD tells you something else.

And don't forget that even though they may be baked, they still pack a ton of sodium..

I would pick up some LA snacks on Saturday for yourself and let everyone else have whatever kind of chips they want. It would be portioned out for you and you'd know it's on plan, one starch and when the bag is gone, you're done.
