Hi, I was just wondering if anyone knows anything about the book "The 28 Day Body Shapeover" by Brad Schoenfeld. I read about it here on a thread and was looking for some more info on it. Thanks!

Well, it might have been my thread. I have the book and havent had a chance to start it b/c of the strictness of the plan. I love the author, I used his books a few yrs ago and my body was awesome. (Pre-children though). I am starting it April 1st since its a 28 day plan. I suggest the book or anything else by Brad Schoenfeld. Message me if you need anymore info.

Hey, thanks. I had ordered it from Borders and it just came in today. I had a 20% off coupon so I after leafing through it decided to buy it. The food part is pretty much what I've been doing but probably not so strict! Was looking for more variety in my workouts and it looks like this book will help w/that. Thanks again!
