I actually just bought shoes a few months ago, so I don't think that was it. I did manage to get through tonights walk with minimal pain, I did more stretching first so I think that might have been the problem. I'm just not use to having to stretch! I don't stretch before I use my cross-trainer because I use it right after I get home from work-----chasing the kiddies all morning at the daycare
Great stress reliever before my kids get home
I'm just going to take it easy this week, give my legs a chance to loosen up and I'll ease into it. I have about 2 months to work up to it, I CAN DO THIS!
It'll be so sad if my 8 yr old still kicks my butt come May!
