I hit 219!!! I am SO happy about it!! I had stalled at 220 for what felt like forever, it feels good to hit this goal. I had expected to gain while I was away for those 5 days, but I spaced my meals, even if they weren't the best. I guess all the shopping/walking really worked it all off!
I really feel the need to yell that I'm under 220 from the tops of mountain, heh. Whats next? My next goal of 199!
Thanks everyone, 220 was a HARD number for me! I feel like now that I'm past it, there is NO stopping me... until I hit 200, but then I'll just go to Seattle for 5 days again?

Laurie - I don't know about how fast I am coming to onederland - its taken me since January 2005 to lose this 32 pounds! My body loses incredibly slow, but when I take a break from dieting, like say May thru August 2006, it all stayed off, so its coming off FOR GOOD! So thats what makes this doable for me right now. Otherwise I'd be screaming and crying.. heh..
