I hope no one minds that I started the thread. I know it is only Day 2 of exercise for me, but I did it and I really want to claim it!
I walked at least 30 minutes today and I really think it was 40 minutes. I got mixed up on the time I left so I did an extra 10 minutes just in case I was wrong!
Day 3 of walking 30 minutes for me. What cracks me up is Taryn gets so excited when we are going. I have parked the jog stroller on the front porch to make it easier to get out and go. Now everytime we go in and out she wants to go walk!
You girls are awesome with your exercise routines. I am inspired!
I had to take my car in to get some warrenty work done - and I walked to starbucks and back, 30 minute walk each way! It was pouring, so I am pretty proud that I actually did it.
LisaMarie71 - mainly cardio, I like butt kicking hard cardio! I have a Tae-Bo tape, but it's like 5 years old and I'm getting tired of it. I wouldn't mind a little strength, I'm fairly muscular, but I'm mostly concerned with my stamina.

Turbo Jam is my drug of choice right now. It's kickboxing like Tae Bo, but it's so much more fun. You might want to check eBay for some single tapes if you don't want to invest in the whole system. I'm getting ready to order another set of tapes. That's how much I love it.
