Default 30 lbs in 2 months!!!

Hi Ladies,

It's official. I've lost 30 pounds since I started this weight loss journey two months ago!!!!!! Today I am on cloud 9 because I stepped on the scale and it read 285. I am a little behind because of a few lapses here and there, but I am DETERMINED to see this through.

30 pounds down
160 to go.
Target date: April 2008 (13 months from now)

My new mantra: I think I can - I think I can - I think I can - I think I can - I think I can - I think I can.
