Saturday (3) - 30 minute walk for coffee run
Sunday (4) - 30 minutes of yoga, 2 hours of cleaning out closets and laundry
Monday (5) - 30 minute walk at lunch
Tuesday (6) - 20 minute walk to work, 20 minute walk home
Ok, some of this is Feb. but I wanted to catch up and didn't want to bump that thread.
Sun 25 - Walking for 8 hours at Magic Kingdom (I'm sure that is at least 3-4 miles if not more)
Mon 26 - Yoga in the hotel room
Tue 27 - Lower Body Weights at the hotel exercise center
Wed 28 - 1 hour Kayaking around the lake at the resort
Thur 1-Sun 4 - Walking around the Arnold but mostly watching other people compete in their sports.
Mon 5 - 0
Tue 6 - LBWO
Wed 7 - Yoga class (my favorite instructor started teaching the Wed. night class)
Thurs 8 - UBWO
