Default Uuuuugh I don't feel well...

The stomach bug's going around. It's my turn. Think some black tea would settle it? I'm not "getting sick" but my tummy's not happy.

I think peppermint would be better if you have it... black tea usually does a good job of upsetting my stomach on it's own. Ginger tea would probably also help to soothe your stomach.
Hope you feel better soon!

I've had it myself. Still mucking through a sore throat, fever and chills. I've been soothing my throat with hot green tea all along and have had no problems with it.

yogurt helped me tremendously with the bug! It has to have live active cultures. Drink lots too, it is very dehydrating.

Feel better, it lasted about 5 days for me.

This went through our school around Superbowl time. I had it the monday after the superbowl with my daughter - was so sick my spouse stayed home and took my son to school. Later that night the two of them came down with it.

I found ginger ale was the only thing I could keep down that whole day and not until the evening (was throwing up the entire night before). I was just wiped out and very very tired. Ditto for my daughter. They used to sell coke syrup which is good over some ice (small amounts of syrup). We use heating pads as well.

Just ride it out! Then scrub down the house.

Cheers....Sue

Aww Sue, I am so sorry you are not feeling well. Try to get as much rest as possible and take in as much fluids as you can as someone already suggested, ginger ale is good and try to keep down a couple of crackers every so often. I hope you get to feeling much better again soon. Keep us updated
