Default Picture update: 355.3 pounds lost forever..


This was me this week at 207 pounds. 47 years old and I have lost 355.3 pounds. 8 more pounds till goal.

Wow, Charles! I never would know that you were the same guy when I compare THIS picture with your first pictures!

You must feel as though you are free from a very strong chain that once held you from doing and being who you really were.

You've done an absolutely amazing job reinventing yourself and in the process become inspiration for so many others, so I have to say "thank you"!! You have shown everyone here it can be done -- whether you have 20 or 200 to lose. I know with the weight loss there must have also come such a change in "you" inside -- so do you have a list of top ten things you've learned along the way?

What can I possibly say to you to let you know just what an incredible feat I think you have accomplished? It is just totally amazing and awesome. You are an incredible inspiration around here. I like Shelby would LOVE to hear some advice and tips from you. I'm sure you can fill books worth.

I only have one small bone to pick with you. I'm just not seeing where you need to lose ANY more weight. You look simply phenomenal!!!! Congratulations on an incredible, incredible life transformation.

That's a keeper photograph, too -whoever took it did a great job, getting in the house and landscaping in nice balance. Gotta love the Scottish rampant lion. I know it must mean a lot to you to have your photographic record. Thought you were given great coverage in the magazine layout last month, btw - while standing in the grocery line I showed it to people, because you never know who might be helped. Good job on offering encouragement to others - you won't know the good that comes out of it all in this life, but it's worthwhile.
