I knew this would be bad, but there is still plenty of time to re-coup before WI on Monday. The only problem is that it is that time of month, so my weight promises to be higher this week. Oh dear!!!

Missed my meeting today because of the snow storm but weighed on my scale which is right on with the WW scale and I was down a lb! Yippee! Going to really get strick and try for 2 lbs next WI. What do ya think - can I do it?
