This really is a great topic. The thing that I have to keep reminding myself is that all things take time. I become so impatient when it come to seeing results. You would think that I just put this weight on last week, and I want it gone this week. I know it doesn't work that way. In fact, from past experience, with my own struggle, I feel that I have to start to lose internally before it is noticable externally. It may sound crazy, but that what I've come up with. Anyway, Patience is also an important factor in our weight lose journey.
