Thumbs up Jenny's Mini Goal # 1!

My first mini goal is to lose my 10%, which is 21 lbs. To date I have lost 6.2 lbs and am starting my 4th week today. I weigh in tonight at 5:30, so I will post after that. It's been a good week and I am feeling positive about getting on that scale!

Here's how my weigh ins have gone so far!

Just added this week 01/25/07 weigh in! I'm halfway there!

02/05/07 Weighed in on Thursday of last week, down another 1.4 for a total of 12!!!!!

01/04/07 - 208 - First meeting.
01/11/07 - 203.6 -4.4 -4.4
01/18/07 - 201.8 -1.8 -6.2
01/25/07 - 197.6 -4.4 -10.6
02/01/07 - 196.0 -1.4 -12.0
02/08/07 - 194.0 -2.0 -14.0

Why do you weigh in at night? I always heard it was best to weigh in the morning because you weigh more in the evening. Or is that just another myth?

Default Why do I weigh in at night?

I live in a pretty small town so we only have 3 meetings a week. And the one that works for me is at night. ARGH!

So I am 2 lbs closer to my mini goal now! I weighed in last night and was down 2 more lbs! For a total of 14!! Seven more to go for my 10% and first mini goal!!!

Hi, I'm new and just discovered this website. I need a lot of encouragement, as I am sick and tired of being a fatty. I just lost my first 15 pounds. I started on Jan. 15th. I know the weight will come off slower now, but I am still encouraged by 15 lbs.

Hi there everyone! I weighed in last night and am 2.6 lbs closer to my mini goal!! I am down 16.6 now!! WOW! Only 4.4 more to go to my mini goal!!!
