That is a fantastic list. The author of Superfoods Rx, Dr. Stephen Pratt also names pumpkin, soy and turkey as superfoods. Great health benefits for a longer healthy life.

I have another one! Almonds take away heartburn! Or they have for me, my bf, brother and mother... definitely worth trying. I prefer eating a handful of of those than taking a chalky thing!
