Default Smelling Chlorine/ammonia After Work Out????

Ok so i do my workout which is anywhere from a 30 to a 50 min cardio video then i go up to shower and i get in and all of a sudden i bend over to shave my legs and BAM it hit's "bad" a STRONG smell of chlorine/ammonia i ask my husband do you smell chlorine he says no (we've showered together from day one of marriage) then i get a little lite headed Has this happened to anyone else?
Is it normal?

I've noticed this, and so has sister Jennifer. We asked Mike Monroe of Push.TV and he said it was due to not getting enough carbs and we should have a little water and something like an apple before a workout.

I'm in one of those threads, and just wanted to add that both times that I've experienced this it was in the beginning of my fitness program just as I was getting active again. Once it stopped, it never came back. So wonder if it's also related to somehow changing your body chemistry and how your muscles utlize and convert energy or something. Just more food for thought....
