Definitely not core but here goes:
Breakfast: 1 slice rye toast w/margarine, 1 thin slice lf cheese, decaf w/light cream
Lunch: Thai restaurant combo platter: rice, mixed veggies, chicken in green curry sauce, chicken w/roasted chili sauce, 1 spring roll, lots of water
Dinner:
tbd - altho little ds just called begging for KFC!! (I asked him why he would want to eat something so unhealthy - and he says he's been eating good stuff for 3 whole weeks and needs a break - funny kid!). I am afraid to bring this into the house? I will definitely want a piece!
