Default New here......(sort of)
Where to start? I've done Atkins before with success and quit due to ttc and fertility drugs. After successfully conceiving and having my ds. I turned to calorie counting and lost 75lbs down to a size 10. Since then I've gained back 40lbs due to eating like a pig! No excuses here! Since Jan 1 I've lost 8 lbs, 5 of them after starting Atkins two days ago. The plan is to stick with Atkins until I'm back in my size 10's, then to somehow maintain. I look forward to sharing my journey with you fellow low carbers(if you'll have me )

Thanks so much for the welcome.

I measured today. Since Jan 1 I've lost 1 3/4 " off my bust. 1 1/2" off my waist. 1 1/4 off my hips. Plus I'm down 9.6 lbs! Here's hoping February is just as productive.
