Today's the first day of the Lose to Cruise challenge! So I'm Hard Core, and will post all food no matter how bad or icky or "non-Core" (although I hope there's none of that). I'm just sad that I have to say goodbye to my wheat pita, turkey and swiss sandwich for lunch. OH WELL!!
B: scrambled eggs, skim milk
S: today I'm eating the rest of the salmon spread, with a spoon. Let's get rid of it.
L: baked potato with FF cheese and FF cheddar; tomato slices; FF/SF butterscotch pudding
S: 94%FF popcorn (1/2 mini bag)
D: big salad with FF 1000 Island, fish filet
That should be all Core! Oh and I'm shooting for 64 oz. of water, one cup of green tea, and will have my little square of dark chocolate at bedtime (which is 17.5 calories ... negligible in the grand scheme of things)
NO COKE. NO BEER. NO WINE. NO CRACKERS. I MEAN IT!!!

l: big salad with chickpeas, cucumber, yellow pepper, iceberg and some other kind of green lettuce I bought tonight! , sf/ff pudding
s: clementines, banana, apple
d: not sure...I have a PC show and I'll have to pack something to eat beforehand or just eat some of what we have there, which is most definitely not core...I guess I need to do some planning!
bf - core almost apple cake, cottage cheese
snack - carrots/tomatoes
lunch - italian turkey and spagetti squash pie, yougurt, tomato soup
snack - pear or apple
dinner - pork loin, mashed pots, veggie
snack - fruit or popcorn
B. cream of wheat w.skim milk & banana
L. homemade core vegetable soup 2 egg muffins w/zucchinni & onions
S. I made a little desert with oatmeal & frozen peaches
D. cornmeal crusted chicken breast w/vegetables
