I everyone. Im new here and just wanted to introduce myself and say hi. My name is Dawn and Im from Michigan. This is the second time Ive been on the SB and last time I lost 30 pounds so now Im starting again and this time its a life change I plan on loosing over 150 pounds and am getting back into exercising anyways hello if you want to know anything else ask away

Hello everyone,I am new new here too.I started the SB diet one week ago and so far not to bad.I have tried others before but always seem to gain it back.I 'm hoping to lose 30lbs. before the end of May for my daughter graduation!!!!Hope to also meet some buddies and get the encouragement I need.

I just started back on the SBD 9 days ago and have lost 8 pounds. I was on it 2 years ago, and lost about 25 pounds then gained it all back after having 2 knee replacements on my right knee, in 18 months time.I am really going to keep at it this time. I have to much weight on my knees. I need to lose at least 50 pounds. Joyce
