Default NSV - I resisted tater tots!

My biggest challenge is fixing dinner for my picky kids and not being tempted. Tonight I fixed my favorite - tater tots and did not touch a single one! Now that I have been eating healthier, I don't crave that type of food! Tomorrow is another biggie - meat loaf. Believe it or not I LOVE meatloaf. M kids wanted some and I didn't want to tell them no because I am trying to lose weight. I am doing Fat Smashers so those foods are off imits for now. Also, I went to put on my one and only pair of jeans (I wear dress clothes to work) that I can squeeze into and they fit just fine! Yeah!!

make meatloaf with lean ground turkey. Meatloaf is now one of my favorite comfort foods because the portions are HUGE!

Slowly transition your family to healthy things to support everyones good health

Way to go! I resisted my favorite--tacos--earlier too!

If I'm not mistaken, Fat Smash isn't veggie, but can be adapted to veggie diets. From what I've read though, it's somewhat restrictive and all about detoxing your body with fresh, unprocessed foods.

Fat smash is veggie at first, then introduces lean meat back in. I am working on slowly converting my family. Fixed spaghetti a couple of weeks ago (before I started fat smash) and used whole wheat pasta and ground turkey. They never knew the difference!
