Default Back Again from Canada
Hello - Today is day 2 on SBD. I have been on SBD before and I am finding my way back after gaing the weight back. I read these post and I am encouraged that I CAN do this I have 80-90 pounds to lose - and I get frustrated when it doesn't come of right away, but I know it took along time to come on and will take a long time to come off. So I hope I can join the group and get the support that I need with this struggle.

Thanks for the warm welcome. Today seems to be better I don't have the cravings like yesterday. They were awful , so I hope each day gets easier.Hope everyone is having a great day
