We are a friendly group of ladies who have one thing in common. We are all working together toward our goal of being healthier in our daily lifestyles and to lose weight. There are all different ages and backgrounds here and we all have different ways of losing our weight. We all love to have fun and laugh, but we also give a lot of support, encouragement and motivation for one another, not just in weight loss, but in all of our daily joys and struggles.

Everyone has their ups and downs and we’ll be here with you thru both! Please feel free to post with us - just jump right in and believe me, you will be welcomed with open arms. The more the merrier!

Ok - all set for the week. Come and join in and gab alot with us!

Well, I am starting to feel more human this week ... still have a very nagging cough from being so sick but at least I have more energy - feel so much better already! Didn't get to post over the weekend as we had unexpected company all weekend so didn't get on the computer hardly at all. I enjoyed the company so I didn't mind.

Now that I am feeling better I need to get to the yarn store and get some baby yarn for blankets - I have 4 blankets to make! Sharon's 1st grandchild is due in April ... 2 of our favorite waitresses at the Casino are expecting in July and August - and - ta-da - we have another great-grandchild coming in May! My granddaughter is expecting a girl - she has a boy now who is 3. So I better get busy! LOL

I have to go get busy now - looking forward to going to Curves and doing the full workout again! Do you realize that there is only 2 more weeks left of January already? Wow - time sure flies! I'll check back later - hope to see some chatting in here!

Hi guys,

Don't talk to yourself CJ, Never fear I am here. Just been gone, between H & R Block and going to schools for the assessing I am never home. Thought tomorrow I was going to have at least the morning off, but I have to help someone move in the morning, than go right to Block at 4 PM. Oh well!

CJ-So glad you are feeling so much better. Ya someone is going to knit a baby blanket for someones new grandson soon to be born in April. LOL Gosh CJ I can't wait to see that blanket. I just know it will be beautiful. How nice of you to make those for your favorite waitresses at the casino. Congratulations to you on your grandaughters pregnancy. Here I am on the grandmother circuit and you are already on the next generation. How wonderful it must be. This must be your daughter, Dawns daughter, right?

Hi guys,
I went to my Weight Watchers meeting and lost another 1.8 lbs so with the 2.8 lbs I lost last week that is most of the 5 lbs I had gained over the holidays. So hopefully I am on my way to where I want to be. So I am a happy camper and doing the happy dance now.

Hi there ... well, not to chatty in here this week .. let's hope this coming up week will be better!

Not much going on with me .. am back at Curves full time again - missed that when I was sick. I have not been on the computer much either this week ... I've been knitting baby blankets!! Once I get going on something I have a hard time putting it down. It's so darn cold here and we have all our snow back but I've just been sitting in front of the warm fire, watching old movies, and knitting all weekend! Don't want to go out! It's so cold, and the snow is crunchy and I have crunchy snow! LOL

Good job on getting rid of the holiday lbs!!! Yes, I am back at Curves again! I sure did miss it. Hey, when we get together, we can go to Curves together! That would be a riot!

OK ... I am going to go now and start the new chit chat thread for this week. See you there and I sure hope we get some more to post this week!
