  • Monday: coddled my sore back with a 30 minute stroll...nice and easy!
  • Went for a 30 minute mall walk this morning and then played three games of badminton.
  • Morning - Had 30 minute walk at the mall then went bowling for three games.
  • Yesterday - Walked at the mall in the a.m. for 40 minutes - 4 laps, and in the evening played three games badminton.

    To-day - 40 minute walk at the mall and three games of bowling.


  • Friday - 40 minute mall walk and three games bowling.

    Saturday - 4 games of badminton.

    Sunday - 50 minute mall walk.
  • SATURDAY: Walked 40 minutes
  • Monday- AM- 2 mile WATP ...PM- plan on doing 1 mile WATP
  • Monday: 30 minute walk
  • Tuesday- Walk Strong
    Wednesday-3 mile WATP
  • Monday - 40 minute mall walk and three games badminton.

    Tuesday - 3 games bowling and four games badminton.

    Wednesday - 40 minute mall walk.
  • Thursday - 40 minute walk and three games bowling.

    Friday 40 minute walk and will have three games bowling later this morning.
  • Thursday- Walk Strong
  • Saturday- Total Body Workout- OMG! I hadn't done that one in months and it showed. Thought I was going to die, I was shaking so much at the end that during the last set of push-ups, I did one or two and collapsed on the floor. I'm still a little sore today from that.

    Sunday- skipped
    Monday- 30 min Walk n Kick
    Tuesday- Will try and do 3 mile WATP this evening.
  • I did the 3 mile last night(yay!)

    Wednesday- Walk Strong
