Question office party recipe ideas

We're having a party in my office on thursday I like to make something healthy to bring because pretty much everything else there won't be, but I want it to be something that other people will like as well. I was wondering if anyone had a good recipe that they have brought to a party or potluck that was healthy but still well liked by everyone. Thanks!

You could make a fruit salad. For the glaze mix SF vanilla pudding with the juice from the pineapple chunks or peaches. Add any fruits you like. It is wonderful.

You could also make a fruit dip with FF. Cream cheese, extra creamy cool whip, marshmellow creme and a dash of cherry juice.

You could also make spinach dip and just subsitute the healther ingredients.

You mentioned pot luck. Somewhere on here is a spinach mushroom medley. It is absolutely wonderful! I think it's part of the SB diet plan. I substitute some rehydrated ****akii mushrooms in it to extend the other mushrooms. It would certainly be easy enough to make in the morning and bring in.

We have a lot of potlucks here at work. Our last one was before the holidays and a girl made a crockpot dish that went over really well. She made lean meatballs [she used lean chicken, but I've used frozen lean beef meatballs and they're still great!] in a sugar-free BBQ sauce. It was fantastic! I've made it 2x so far after that.

I just dumped the meatballs and sauce in the crockpot and let them cook on low for a few hours. Goes great with rice or pasta [and someone usually brings rice or pasta].

Hi there - some suggestions.

Big salad, veggie tray with light dip, devilled eggs, lean cold cuts, shrimp ring.

Have fun

Cook the Greanbeans then drain the water off. Then I put fresh minced garlic in the same pan.Cook for a few mins you should just start to smell the garlic.
Then stir all together serve hot.
