Hello, I am 26 and looking for some people to talk to, share ideas, stories, anything to keep my mind off eating!!!! I am trying to lose about 50 pounds, and the only support I have here is my sister who wants to lose 5 to fit into a prom dress. HELP!

I too need to lose around 50#'s and love chatting with others in the same boat. I find it keeps me motivated and inspired to bring out the new me.

I am 28 yrs old. Stay at home mom of 2 boys....Hence the name!!! I have a 5 yr old and a 10 week old.

i am 24, trying to lose 75 pounds, and so far am not really taking any action i keep coming up with excuses. :/ however, i am going to be watching, or rather, taping, Dr Phil on Oprah tomorrow giving his weight loss advice...

i hear u about the excuses thing...i am queen of excuses.. ok the princess... im a total princess!!! tee hee hee!!! well.. u are right about the cool peopel in here.. this place is awesome.. the peopel are great and its so great that total strangers reach out to each other for support.
well back to the excuses thing... i am more of a procrastinatior.. i think i have managed to convince myself that the weight will go away all by itself u know?... one day i'll wake up... and have the perfect body... then i'll wake up for real!!! ha ha!
it hard to stay motivated.. and it hard to find that strong initial motivation.. that what i need to find.. that one thing.. that one thing that will save my life, my youth, and my... life ...
just remember ur not alone in this... there are lots of us... and one day i have faith that i'll get it right.. and so will u!
