Default NSV! yay me!

I am not having much success noticing a drop in the scale - BUT, I haven't been able to climb the stairs in my house without getting winded since we moved in. First due to pregnancy and now because I was out of shape, one simple flight of stairs about killed me.

Today I noticed I flew up and down the stairs several times with a thirty pound toddler in my arms and it was NOTHING! I could breathe and didn't feel weak. I am so excited. I guess the cardio and strength training is paying off.

Thank you so much ladies! I am so excited I am running up the stairs now. Literally, every time I had to go upstairs today, I ran up them so I could get that elated feeling. I even did a little happy dance. LOL

Good for you! Just think, each time you reach a mini-goal, you'll feel even more fantastic. Keep up the great work!
