yes, i'm one of those lucky bums who took this week off as well
It was a great break AND i managed to only pack on 2 lbs over the holidays, so I'm not too upset about it....however, tomorrow I'm back at work, where I'm the FATTEST person there -- even my boss, a big 6'3 guy who wants to drop some weight cuz he's 250!!!! is 50 lbs LIGHTER than i am!!! How insane is that?????? I think somewhere deep inside my brain, i see the 311 lb. on the scale and somehow think it's all a big conspiracy LOL, i'm NOT that big, no way! or that when I went to dinner with my friend & her husband, and she said she weighed 110 and he weighed 200, the fact that I weighed a POUND MORE than the TWO OF THEM PUT TOGETHER wasn't really true...it couldn't be right???? OMG the delusions I was living under!!!
SO, back to work tomorrow, and I have this ready!!!
my breakfast (instant low sugar oatmeat & banana)
snack - low fat turkey & low fat string cheese
lunch - homemade soup, 1/2 sandwich, fruit, sugar-free jello yay!
snack - few peanuts
dinner - chicken breast, big salad, rice, green beans & carrots
snack - some air popped popcorn
I can live with that
I just have to keep reminding myself that "although your jeans are a teensy tiny bit looser now, you are NOT Heidi Klum JUST YET!" hahahah SO I put a pair of size 20 jeans (which seem IMPOSSIBLY SMALL TO ME NOW!!!!) over the back of the door of my bedroom so I see them every single day, and I try them on once in a while -- especially when those "my pants seem smaller, I'm gonna have a cheeseburger " moments hit
