I got it for Christmas and just tried some of the workouts. I agree that some are much easier. The low intensity workout really was much lower than the first dvd!! I liked the Cardio Max ones thought (I tried both the men's and women's cardio workouts - I liked both).
Cheryl, which ones did you do? I wasn't very impressed with the low intensity workout, but the others were good.
I haven't tried the stability workout, the bootcamp or any of the strength stuff. I will let you all know what I think when I do them!
