Default "after The Holiday Plans"

i thought we might like something that will help keep us focused and give us a pep start. the title is probably misleading because we're really still in the holiday period, but i didn't know what else to call this. i'll change the title if someone will let me know what they'd like to call this.

Cute idea, Sandra! First I'm going to detox and get back on program. Then I shall start to ease into exercise again. I'll be starting all over....just like the new year.

7 the last few days I have done just OK with eating but have taken walks at least everyday, one day walking for over an hour. I've also been to Pilates for one hour. I'm going back to doing my this week at the sports club and with my DVD...must get more moving done!!

15 the last week was tough in terms of my motivation is zilch. I have put the DVDs out in plain sight and that helps me actually use them.

Eating correctly has been less of a challenge. But, I'm still craving sweets and find most of the sugar substitutes less than satisfying. But, I think this is temporary because normally I don't have such a "sweet tooth."

20 sweet cravings are diminishing. I'm getting a bit more but not enough. I've been walking and doing WATP. Have been able to keep eating mostly Core and mostly not too caloric. Not completely back OP but getting there.

21
22 very good two days with eating CORE (tiny piece of pizza). Still not getting the amount of exercise I need. I'm making too much attention to not being motivated instead of just doing the work!

My sweet cravings are minimal and I even avoided the s. My has increased and have been going to Pilates.

i just typed ttt (ttt=to the top) so this thread would be easier to find to post each day's results. it was starting to sink to the bottom of the page and i didn't want to lose it to a previous page. i saw "ttt" on an archery board once and asked the same question. that's how i found out what it means.
