through all my frusteration and fussing i have managed to drop down to 172 today. that is 4 down from the last weigh in and 9 from the first of the year. still not down to mylow but who is compalining!!!

Hello all,

I can proudly post a 2# loss from last week. I remebered to check before I went to post. I am now 232#. This is what I was at( I think) before I slipped during the holidays. I have pulled 5 days of OPness togther.

I am very happy to be back on track.

I have taken off all five I put on onver Christmas, plus an extra one!

So....today 215 down from start weight of 262 in June.
Total of 47.

I want to be in one hundred land!

Hey everyone! You guys inspire me!

I still do not have a scale...and I am not for sure I want to buy one...I am afraid it will just dampen my enthusiasm... My clothes are not any looser...so again this week I will guess my self at 200#'s. I think I really will weigh myself next week though...I may have to make a trip to my sisters house...across the yard , she has a scale!

Hey Melody you are doing great jst staying OP. think of paper towels unwraping. at first if you take 10 sheets of there will not be much changes but as you get closer those same 10 sheets will make a differenct. so do not push the clothes fitting to much just yet give your self more time between so you can see differences. they say 15 lbs per size.

me I finally lost that pesky weight from christmas and am down to 170.5 so any thing from here is fat!!!

Ahh hopefull! I know how you feel! Tom Is here and I weigh in at 200 pounds! Will it ever come off?
