Happy New Year Menu, January 1, 2007
Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran (on sale this week at Jewel for $2.50 a box!), double serving of peaches, skim, equal
Lunch: Farina with equal and made with skim
Snack: 1/2 of EL Naval orange. I share these with Honey Lamb.
Dinner: Froufie Eye of the Round roast, Core Mashed potatoes and corn
Snack: Core Chocolate Frosty

b--ziploc omelet made with 1 egg, bell pepper/onion, canadian bacon, and lf cheese (pt)
l--pan grilled mahi mahi, green beans/potatoes, sliced tomato, ketchup
s--sf/ff pudding/banana
s--sf hot chocolate made with ff milk & swiss miss sf

B: coffee with lf milk, orange and WW toast
L: nothing
D: ham, sweet potatoes, green peas, and yes, a sliver of chocolate pie (obviously I'm gonna use some points today)

I'm making farina/cream of wheat pancakes instead of plain farina. If I can't get Jim to share with me since it makes a lot, then I'll see if they reheat tomorrow.

Okay here goes:
Breakfast: instant oatmeal, tea w/milk and splenda
1 banana
snack: one cookie taste test!
Lunch: 2 slices toast, 2 hb eggs/lf mayo, lettuce
diet gingerale
Party: 6 mini pitas (?), marinated chicken breast, 1 oz cheese, 4 almonds, celery/carrots sticks w/tzaztiki dip, string cheese, diet coke, hummus
Home: big bowl of red cherries
