S/C/G: 240/229.5/140?

Height: 5'6"

Default I can't wake up

This entire week has been a big daze for me. I feel like I can't wake up. I'm off work this week, and I just feel like I could sleep the whole time. Even when I'm exercising, I feel like I'm half asleep.

Has anyone ever felt like this? I can't tell if I'm sick, or sad, or just really tired.

Advice eagerly requested.

Hey, Eiluj. Were you working really hard before the holidays? Sometimes when a person has been under a lot of stress and finally does get some time off, it's almost like a collapse. Takes the first three days just to calm down from adrenalin. And then--wipe out.

Good for you for doing your exercise, though! Take some vitamins, too. And keep eating right. You'll feel better. Enjoy your naps!

Of course, if you feel really tired for longer than a week, then maybe you should be checked out by your dr. Just to make sure all is well.

Cheers!
Jay

Hey Julie.

I know EXACTLY how that feels because that is how I'm feeling now! But I am sick, I have a cold, and I have also been working major over time. So I'm sure that all ties in.

Good Job exercising! I haven't been simply for one fact: I can't breathe!!!!!!!! lol.

But I agree with Jay, if you keep feeling that way, maybe talk with your dr about it. Also I know that SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) is pretty common this time of year too. So maybe get out in the sunlight (if you have any).

Well, I do feel a little better today, so maybe I was just that tired. I don't feel like I'm in a fog any longer, able to fall asleep while walking on the treadmill!

Thanks for the advice.
