Default New Member Seeking Suggestions

for workout music.

In an effort to eliminate the boredom factor associated with solitary exercize such as walking, running and bicycling, I'm going to load my ipod with music (uptempo) that will inspire me to keep going when I get bored or a little winded.

Can anybody suggest some music that would be good for that purpose? I'm thinking of stuff like Eye of the Tiger and The Final Countdown (themes from Rocky), Heart's Barracuda, Tina Turner's Proud Mary, Weather Girl's It's Raining Men, Black Eyed Peas' My Humps, Pointer Sisters' I'm So Excited, and Rolling Stones' Satisfaction...

TIA

BTW, I love this site and I'm looking forward to getting to know you all.

Music...Oh yes! I have a ton... I've listed some of my favorites from various types of music. IMHO, the best work out music is 1990's dance music. The beat was perfect walking/running on the treadmill.

C&C Music Factory - Everybody Dance Now
Uncle Luke - Shake What Your Mama Gave Ya
Blacked Eyed Peas - Pump It
Blink 182 - All the Small Things
Venga Boys - Boom Boom Boom
Gap Band - You Dropped a Bomb On Me
Taylor Dayne - Tell It to My Heart
Gina G - Ooh Aah Just a Little Bit
Ramones - Hey Ho Lets Go
Aerosmith - Dude Looks Like a Lady
