I'm planning to start back at the gym in Jan, I have a goal to lose 60lbs total. But I'll break it down to 10 at a time. Will be doing cardio and wieght-lifting. Believe it or not, wieght-lifting is a lot more fun. I really need to push the treadmill, elliptcal walker and stair stepper to get fat off before building muscle.I could really use support and I hope to find it here at 3fatchicks.
