Welcome! Have you thought about starting today? It doesn't have to be full blown WW, but I think there is a tendency to think of this weiiht loss journey as having a beginning and an end. But it doesn't. It starts with one small decision to do something good for yourself by choosing a healthier food for your next meal, or taking a walk instead of watching another hour of tv, etc. So I encourage you to start today by making a few decisions that are good for you rather than waiting until after the first of the year.
